Owners and renters must manually scan and upload vehicle images before and after each rental using our AI Car Scanning Tool, which helps document any changes for dispute resolution. Only verified renters who pass our ID verification system can book a vehicle, ensuring security. Owners can also set their own rental conditions, including security deposits, mileage limits, and additional terms to protect their vehicle. Additionally, both owners and renters can leave ratings and reviews after each rental to ensure accountability and build trust in the community.
MotoStream ensures a fair and secure rental process. Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear. Our Vehicle Condition Verification System helps document car conditions before and after rental to assist in dispute resolution. Owners must have valid insurance for coverage in case of accidents or damage and can require a security deposit from renters to protect against damages. MotoStream does not cover damages or disputes but assists in the resolution process between owners and renters. Low-rated renters can be flagged, allowing owners to avoid problem renters by checking their reviews.
MotoStream enforces default age requirements of 21+ for standard vehicles and 25+ for luxury vehicles. Owners can adjust the age requirement on their listings but cannot go below 21 years old. Only verified renters who pass our ID verification and compliance checks can book vehicles. Our Review & Rating System ensures a safe and reliable platform, as renters with low ratings may have limited access to rentals.
Payments are securely processed through MotoStream’s payment system. Earnings are deposited within 7 days after the rental ends to allow time for any claims or disputes. Owners can track their earnings & transactions on their dashboard.
Owners must have valid insurance as required by law. Some owners may include insurance in their rental, while others may require renters to purchase coverage. MotoStream offers access to third-party insurance providers for additional protection if needed. Owners should review their insurance policy to confirm it covers car-sharing rentals.
